Witnessing firsthand the unethical practices they engaged in was infuriating. Magna International – Cosma Division – Karmax Heavy Stamping was involved in fraudulent activities, stealing from suppliers (steel suppliers) and manipulating their energy consumption to cheat Milton Hydro. They brought in a diesel generator on the day(s) of  electrical usage test(s) to artificially lower their rates, a clear act of deception.

Moreover, from 2018 to 2024, they systematically replaced senior staff with new hires based on the Indian caste system, favoring certain individuals while discriminating against others. This blatant disregard for equality and fairness could not be ignored. As a Scorpio, my sense of justice compelled me to act. Reporting these injustices was not easy, but it was necessary. Standing up against such a powerful entity required resilience and courage, but it reinforced my commitment to fighting for what is right.
