Virii8 MaplePath – TrueNorth VISA – CRS Navigator helps you organize your Canadian immigration profile in one place.

You can use it to:

• Estimate your CRS score.
• Track important document expiry dates.
• See what immigration step may need attention next.
• Save your profile either locally in your browser or through cloud sync.
• Export or delete your saved profile data.
• View official pathway links based on your profile.
• Receive reminder emails for important deadlines when cloud sync is active.

1. Opening the App

When you first open Virii8 MaplePath – TrueNorth VISA – CRS Navigator, you will see a legal disclaimer.

Read the message, then select:

I AGREE & ACKNOWLEDGE

After accepting, the main dashboard will appear.

2. Sync Status Indicator

At the top of the app, you will see a status indicator.

Red LED — LOCAL-STORAGE

This means your profile is being saved only in your browser.

Use this mode when:

• You are not logged in.
• You are testing the app.
• You do not want to save your profile to an account yet.

Important: local browser data may be lost if you clear your browser storage, change devices, or use a different browser.

Green LED — CLOUD SYNC

This means your profile is connected to your account and can be saved online.

When cloud sync is active, you may also see:

Last synced at: [time]

This tells you when your profile was last saved.

The indicator may briefly pulse after a successful save.

3. Main Dashboard

The dashboard shows your CRS score at the top.

You will see:

Temp Status

Medical & Police

Use this tab to track common immigration preparation items.

You can record:

Doc Vault

Use this tab to track important document expiry dates.

You can add documents such as:

• Passport
• IELTS / CELPIP
• ECA report
• Medical exam
• Police check

For each document, choose the document type and expiry date, then select:

+ Add Doc

The document will appear in the vault table.

The vault helps you quickly see which documents are valid, expiring soon, or expired.

Do not upload private documents here. This vault is for tracking dates only.

Official Pathways

This tab shows pathway suggestions and official links based on your profile.

It also includes the What should I do next? section.

This section highlights your most important next action, such as:

• Renewing an expired document
• Updating status before expiry
• Completing missing profile details
• Improving language scores
• Reviewing provincial options
• Preparing missing immigration documents

Use this section as your starting point when you are unsure what to focus on next.

Privacy & Data

Use this tab to manage your saved profile data.

Depending on your login status, you may see options to:

• Allow browser saving
• Export your profile
• Delete your browser-saved profile
• Delete your cloud-saved profile

This tab gives you control over your own information.

5. Saving Your Profile

Virii8 MaplePath – TrueNorth VISA – CRS Navigator saves automatically as you update your profile.

If you see LOCAL-STORAGE

Your profile is saved in your browser only.

This is useful for quick use, but it may not follow you to another device.

If you see CLOUD SYNC

Your profile is saved to your account.

You may see the “Last synced at” time update after saving.

6. Exporting Your Profile

You can export your saved profile from the Privacy & Data area.

This creates a backup copy of your information.

Use export when:

• You want a personal copy.
• You are changing devices.
• You want to review your profile outside the app.
• You want to keep a backup before deleting data.

7. Deleting Your Data

You can delete your saved data from the Privacy & Data tab.

Delete browser data

This removes your local browser copy.

Use this if you are using a shared computer or no longer want the browser to remember your profile.

Delete cloud profile

This removes the profile saved to your account.

Use this if you no longer want Virii8 MaplePath – TrueNorth VISA – CRS Navigator to store your synced profile.

8. Reminder Emails

If cloud sync is active, Virii8 MaplePath – TrueNorth VISA – CRS Navigator can send reminder emails for important deadlines.

• Police certificate expiry

Reminder emails are designed to avoid repeating every day.
